He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmundo B. Garcia, Sr. and Olivia G. Garcia; and his sister Aurora "Frica". He is survived by: his wife Rosa Maria Martinez Garcia; his children, Edmundo Noel (Yolda) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Marissa Yvonne DePalma (Tim) of Aubrey and Alissa Yvette Neuman (Tim) of Lubbock, Texas; his grandchildren, Sydney Guerra (Samuel), Ashlyn Lohr, Corynne Lohr, Daniel Garcia, Osiel Garcia and Gennah DePalma; his stepgrandchildren, Dayna Anzaldua (Adam) and Dahrma Infante; and his great grandchild Everlee Rose Guerra.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church (401 S Victoria St, San Diego, TX 78384). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
