It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert G. Broquet of San Diego, Texas, who passed away on October 30, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Francisco Broquet and Victoria Garza; and his daughter Bonnie Jean Broquet. He is survived by : his wife Sondra; his daughter Victoria Laso (Rogelio Jr.) of San Diego, Texas; his brother John Rudy Broquet of San Diego, Texas; his half-siblings, Frank Broquet, Lee Broquet, Tommy Broquet of Hitchcock, Texas and Linda Broquet Emanuel of Santa Fe, Texas; and his grandchildren, John Michael Lazo, Jacob Laso, Rogelio Laso III, Bryan Lazo, Brittany Lazo Trevino, Kayla Lazo and Elizabeth Laso. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
