He is survived by: his wife Eloisa Gonzales Casso of San Diego; his children, Rev. Manuel Orlando Casso Sr. (Alicia Casso) of Seguin, Joel Casso (Debra) of Corpus Christi, Patricio Casso (Michell) of Alice, Maria Eliza Ramirez, Evangelina Adams of Jacksonville, Belinda Smithwick (Ronald) and Anabel Casso of San Diego; and his siblings, Estanislado Contreras, Esteban Contreras, Jerry Contreras of Alice, Adrian Contreras of Houston and Petra Contreras of San Diego. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and his dog.
