He was predeceased by : his parents, Jose A. Lazo and Aurora Garcia; his adoptive parents, Tomas Garcia and Luisa Salaiz; and his siblings, Diana Lazo, Thomas Garcia (Veco), Jesus Garcia, Ruben Hernandez and Amador Lazo.
He is survived by : his wife Rosanna Garcia; his son Tomas G. Garcia; the mother of his children Thelma Trevino Perez; his children, Jo Ann Todd (J. W.), Debra Saenz (Michael) and Servando Jr. Spivey (Tripp); his siblings, Gloria L. Garcia, Amadita Luera (Ignacio), Aida Hernandez, Edna Gonzalez (Chon), Cynthia Rodriguez (Catarino), Frances Adams (Leo), Lydia Guerra, Eva Banda, Ana Vidal, Hector Lazo, Jose Lazo (Leticia), Arturo Lazo (Anna), Alonzo Resendez (Rosie) and Roel Resendez (Lena); and his grandchildren, Cheston Todd (Elizabeth), Anissa Barrera (A. J.) and Brenna Todd (Leslie). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and many numerous nieces and nephews.
