She was predeceased by: her parents, Loreto Leon and Maria De Leon; and her siblings, Loreto De Leon Jr., Aroldo De Leon and Maria Nellie Medina.
She is survived by: her husband Santos Escobar; her children, Elizabeth Killion (Mitchell), Edyanna Villanueva (Juan) and Daniel Escobar (Taylor); her grandchildren, Matthew Killion, Luke Killion, Taylor Killion, Victoria Villanueva and Andres Villanueva; her sister Nora Izaguirre; and her sister-in-law Angie De Leon.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - Edinburg (208 E Canton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (215 N 16th Ave, Edinburg, TX 78541). A burial will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (1701 E Richardson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78542).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association.
