He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Avila; his children, Enna Y. Vela (Ricardo), Uvaldo Avila II (Blanca), Suzanna A. Flores (Jose L.) and Antonio B. Avila (Dara K.); his grandchildren, Uvaldo A. Avila III, Miguel A. Avila, Arianna L. Flores, Luis A. Flores, Mia M. Avila and Luzita H. Avila; and his brothers, Lauro Avila and Raul Avila. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
