She was predeceased by : her parents, Pedro Alvarado and Vicenta Alvarado; her sons, Jesse, Henry, Arthur and George Guerra; and her grandson Eric Guerra.

She is survived by : her husband John Ranjel; her children, Rudy (Irene), Edward (Charlotte), Fred Guerra (Lolly), Nora Cruz and Sally Guerra; and her daughter-in-law Dora Guerra.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomason Funeral Home - San Marcos (2001 Ranch Rd 12, San Marcos, TX 78666). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
