He was predeceased by : his parents, Wyatt "Jake" Bynum Green and Ada Ferguson Green; and his siblings, John Wyatt Green, Marilyn Green Day (James "Jimmy" Clayton) and Paula Green Michaud (Pete Michaud).

He is survived by : his wife Patty Green; his daughter Sandra "Sandi" Green Patino (Homer Patino, III); his grandchildren, Faith Rosalynd Patino and Homer Wyatt Ray "Lil'Ray" Patino, IV; and his son Steven Ray Green (Heather Owens Green).

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pennington Funeral Home (323 N Comanche St, San Marcos, TX 78666). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
