He is survived by: his mother Sarah Marie Fullenwider; his wife Brenda Fullenwider; his children, Sarah Jean Henry, Franklin Fullenwider, Jr. (Felecia) and Teresa Fitzjerald; his grandchildren, Cilicia, Brandon, Mason, Zachary Fullenwider, Lexie, Gavin Slocum, Avery, Londyn and Levi Fitzjerald; his siblings, Steve Fullenwider, Robert Fullenwider and Michelle Seiler-Tucker; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members and countless friends.
