With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marcia Lenesse McCollum (San Marcos, Texas), born in Houston, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Avis and Z. Hebert; her husband Benny McCollum; and her son Charles "Chuck" McCollum. She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Leinneweber; her grandchildren, Justin (Kylene), Lindsey (Hunter), Kaitlyn and Daniel (Darbi); and her great grandchildren, Blakely, Peyton, Brody, Layton, Madilyn, Briley, Dani, Sadie and Stetson (family: Lindy, Shea). She is also survived by family (Lindy and Shea), extended family, and many dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the San Marcos City Cemetery (1001 Ranch Rd 12, San Marcos, TX 78666).
