Sally Joy Cummings Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2021, at the age of 81, Sally Joy Cummings (San Marcos, Texas), born in La Jolla, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Douglas Diffin and Elsie Joy Diffin (Ballam); and her husband Ernest Elmer Cummings. She is survived by : her daughters, Sarah Noteboom and Mary Beth Braun (Richard); her grandchildren, Hunter, Casey and Kate Spell (Mike); her great grandchildren, Maggie and Jack; her son Alan Cummings (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Belle and Kellee; her sisters, Patty McCollum (Robert), Leone Gruter and Margaret Gieck (Chuck); her pets, Charmin, Betsy, Gracie and Brownie; and also, Ruth Ann Hobbs and Janet Wisian.

Sally often donated her paintings to the San Marcos River Foundation, where they were given as year-end awards.
