Alicia Almaguer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alicia Almaguer of San Saba, Texas, who passed away on July 15, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Talamantez and Luisa Frausto Talamantez; her husband Ruben Almaguer; and her brothers, Jose Jr. Ernesto, Ramiro and Mario Talamantez.
She is survived by: her children, Norma and Ruben Joe Almaguer Jr.; her grandchildren, Marcus, Ashton and Ruben Ray; and her sisters, Edelmira Martinez of San Angelo, Amelia De La Rosa of San Angelo and Elida Zapata of San Angelo. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Blaylock Funeral Home (143 Nixon Ln, San Saba, TX 76877). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (504 W Wallace St, San Saba, TX 76877).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Wallace Creek Cemetery Association in San Saba.
