She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Gatliff and Delpha Onstott; her husband Richard Gibson; and her siblings, Lenora Langston and Randall Gatliff.

She is survived by: her children, Dee Edmondson and Karan Edmondson; and her siblings, Don Gatliff, Pat Jarnagin and Ginger Vaughn. She is also survived by nine grandchildren numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
