“My heart is broken as Dena had become a good friend to me at San Saba Nursing and Rehab. My Mom has been a resident there since May of 2018. Dena always had a smile and kind words when she would speak to Mom or other residents. I feel very blessed to have had her as a friend. Dena RIP and now you are in a beautiful place called heaven and you can rejoice with family and friends that you have joined in heaven.
