He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Manse Millican and Ruth Millican; his brother-in-law Gary Perkins; his niece Lauren Millican; his wife Vickie; his children, Jacob Millican (Stephanie), Zachary Millican, Jason Staley (Julie), Diane Srader (Robert) and Buck Staley (Jessica); his grandchildren, Brandon Staley, Jake Staley, Colton Staley, Kate Staley, Luke Staley, Garrett Smith, Brock Staley, Wyatt Staley, Aubree Millican, Claire Staley and Kent Millican; and his siblings, Marcy Perkins and Scott Millican (Pam). He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
