He is survived by : his children, Lisa Sizemore (Brandon) of Ava, Missouri and Jack Curtis George, Jr.; his siblings, Carla Scott of Sanger, Texas and Ricky George (Connie) of Sanger, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kaid Sizemore and Kaleb Sizemore of Ava Missouri.
