With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene Lois Kelly (Santa Fe, Texas), born in Galveston, Texas, who passed away on August 2, 2020 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlene Lois Kelly to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John C. and Florence Quebe, Sr. (Hysmith); and her siblings, Charles Quebe, John C. Quebe, Jr. and Jean Saragoza.
She is survived by : her husband Harold Albert; her children, Harold Albert Kelly, Jr. of Houston, Mandy Lynn Hitchcock (Paul) of Kemah and Tracy Denise Kelly of Texas City; her siblings, Dennis Quebe (Linda) of Springboro, OH, Joan Marie Spain (A. V. "Cowboy") of Santa Fe and Ann Bowen of Austin; her grandchildren, Chris Hitchcock, Blake Miller, Kaitlin Melton, Bailey Daniel, Hanna Hitchcock, Brooke Daniel and Brandon Silvertooth; and her great grandchild Adelynn Hitchcock. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to executive orders from the Governor effective July 3, 2020, Everyone attending will be required to wear a face mask, and to social distance.
