She was predeceased by : her mother Karen Lee Horn. She is survived by : her father Bob Horn (Joyce); her children, Tyler Nichols and Tara Lee Nichols; her grandson Opie Nichols; her brother Joey Horn (Lara); her nephew Marcus Horn; and her nieces, Megan Horn and Morgan Horn.
