It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurel Jean Knadler (Santa Fe, Texas), born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on May 24, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ramsell and Marcia Ramsell (Spaulding); her son Alfred H. Haxton, III; her sister Marsha Lee McMahan; and her son-in-law Sam Myrick, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband George Knadler; her children, John Charles Haxton (Jennifer), Marsha Dianne Myrick, Angela A. Haxtonand (Charles "Chuck" Glidden), Denise Harris-Knadler and Michelle Williams; and her nephew John Todd McMahan. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
She would be so happy if any memorials in the form of donations would be made out to the Texas City Animal Shelter, 3412 Loop 197 North, Texas City, Texas 77590.
