He is survived by : his wife Beth; his children, Brandon Schwertner (Lisa), Joshua Schwertner, Sarah Nava (Sammy), Rachel Wood (Jason) and Jaclyn Riddle; his siblings, Danny Schwertner (Pam) and Cindy Schwertner; his aunt Edie Schwertner; his mother-in-law Emma Kotz; his grandchildren, Lynzi O'Grady (Tim), Layci Dickson, Aiden, Samantha, Jordan, Jenna, Trayce, Caleb, Shane and Annabella; his great grandchildren, Kyler, Kannon, Lanei, Lemmie, Garon and Imelda; and also Madeliene Becker-Newsom (Eric).
