We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2020, at the age of 67, Patricia Kay Lackey (Santa Fe, Texas), born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Barbara McMahan and Charles McMahan; her husband Pastor Greg Alan Lackey; her children, Elizabeth Ann Mason (Shannon) of Plano, TX and Joshua Thomas Lackey (Christina) of Eglin, FL.; and her grandchildren, Kiersten, Kaitlynn, Jackson, Jonathan, Kathryn Sellin (Bob) of Lexington, KY, Thomas Monroe McMahan (Tina) of Lexington, KY, Julie Anne Malear, Dana Susan Breitenstein (David) of Louisville, KY and Elizabeth Jill Parrish Howell of Lexington, KY.. She was also cherished by five siblings.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kay's Memorial through the church.
