She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomasa G. Lopez and Basilio Villarreal; her daughters, Diana DeHoyos and Alicia DeHoyos; and her sons-in-law, Henry and Rudy DeHoyos.
She is survived by: her brother Jose Lopez; and her children, Jose (Heva Gonzalez), Manuel (Martina Cedillo), Patricia (Jack Tye) and Betty (Ernest Aleman). She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schertz Funeral Home & Crematory (2217 FM3009, Schertz, TX 78154, USA). A rosary was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (16075 N Evans Rd, Selma, TX 78154). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 1:15 PM at the First Memorial Park Cemetery (20567 TX-16, Von Ormy, TX 78073).
