She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Casey and Lenora Casey; her sons, David Higgs and Joseph Higgs; her husband Chief Master Sergeant; her daughter-in-law Carmen; her brother Don Casey (Lynn); and her pets, Kermit, Kaya and Tortie. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
