She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Geren and Loretta Geren of Valley Falls; and her sisters, Rita Dygert (Tom), Patricia Wanko (late Steve) and Mary Ryan (late Mike).
She is survived by: her husband Carlo Streton; her sons, Scott Streton (Pam) of Schertz, TX and Mark Streton (Michele) of North Kingstown, RI.; her grandchildren, Justin Streton (Gabby) of Cibolo, TX, Aaron Streton of San Antonio, TX and Samantha Streton of Chicago, IL; and her siblings, Bernie Geren (late Marylou), Helen Akin (late Wayne), Frank Geren (Lisa), Thomas Geren (late Joanne), Bobby Geren (Marcia) and Ann St. Gelais (late Jimmy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schertz Funeral Home & Crematory (2217 FM3009, Schertz, TX 78154, USA). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
