He is survived by: his significant other Helen Sparks (Dippel); his brother Ralph Gordon Sparks (Patti) of Davis; his children, Robert E. Sparks (Cindy) of New Braunfels, Stephen P. Sparks (Lynn) of La Vernia, Alisa Nicole Sparks (Michael Akers) of San Antonio and Tracy L. Sparks (Henry Roberts) of Kingsbury; his grandchildren, Travis Sparks (Destiny), Ashleigh Sparks, Savannah Sparks (Ben Bond), Tyler Sparks (Deanna), Jacob Sparks, Hailey Visser, Kyle Visser and Logan Visser; and his great grandchildren, Caroline, Wren, Cassian, Austyn, Eden and Tucker. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
