With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Schmidt (Schulenburg, Texas), who passed away on January 17, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Bludau and Annie Bludau; her husband Leo J. Schmidt; and her siblings, Ruth Meyer, Henry Bludau and Jacob Bludau.
She is survived by : her children, Patricia Petersen (Ron), Isabel Litzmann (Larry), Bob Schmidt (Marcy), Donald Schmidt (Jill), James Schmidt (Sheila) and David Schmidt (Donna). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
The family requests donations be made to: St. Mary's Catholic Church, High Hill (2833 FM 2672 Schulenburg, Texas 78956).
