He is survived by : his wife Ann Toye of Schulenburg, Texas; his children, Shawna Toye (Ben Sliger) and Levi Toye (Faith Burton); his grandchildren, Wesley Toye, Wyatt Snider and Maeycee Sliger; his sister Sherry Fiedler of Hot Springs; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Pratt of Durand, Deb Leanord of Rockford, Jody, Mike Scott of Merimac and Vick Swick of North Carolina.
