He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Balcar; his parents, John Balcar and Martha Mazac Balcar; and his sister Margie (Rudy). He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Gibson (Allen) of Houston, John Gary Balcar (Rhonda) of Whitney and Danny Joe Balcar (Michelle) of Schertz; and his sister Mary Jane Pesek (Stanley) of Schulenburg. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild: as well as several nieces and nephew.
