With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Reid Douglas of Scotland, Texas, who passed away on September 6, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Jinks and Helen Jinks; her husband Leslie Harold Douglas; her sisters, Barbara Cairns (Johnnie) and Gladys Sansbury (Ron); and her son-in-law Eusebio Saldana.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Douglas Saldana, Sheila Douglas Lawhon (Butch Lawhon) and Kenneth Douglas (Celia Hellman Douglas); her grandchildren, Heather Keating (Karl), Reid Douglas (Beth), Mark Douglas (Caitlyn), Douglas Lawhon (Lindsay) and Tyler Lawhon; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Joey, Katie, Emily, Sadie, Emory, Bentley, Turner, Merrick, Jordan, Judd and Archer.
