He is survived by : his wife Kasey Hornsby; his parents, Julie O'Donohoe and William Hornsby; his sister Bridget Bell; his stepchildren, Allyson Smith and Cory Smith; his siblings-in-law, David Bell, Jamie Schmitz and Nicole Schmitz; and his pets, Tatum, Nelson and Raine. He is also survived by 4 Nieces, 3 Nephews.
