She was predeceased by : her husband Gilbert Waits; and her parents, Floyd Johnson and Linnie Wright Johnson. She is survived by : her sister Celeste McCown of Arlington, Texas; her children, Kathy Waits of Balch Springs, Texas and Rod Waits of Dallas, Texas; her son-in-law Mark Sharp of Dallas, Texas; and her grandchildren, Misty Roton, Brandi Treece, Dusty Wood and Brent Waits. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren.
