He is survived by: his former wife Linda Willard (Snider); his sons, Eddie Willard of Seagoville, TX and Robert Willard of Houston, TX.; his stepsons, Rodney Levingston (Kathy) of Gilmer, TX and Jefferey Levingston (Debbie) of Sulphur Springs, TX.; his grandchildren, Kyle Willard (Sadye) of Kaufman, TX, Laura Kay Yarbrough (James) of Denison, TX, Sean Willard (Jenna) of Dallas, TX, Ryne Willard (Jaycee) of Norfolk, VA and Cheyenne Willard of Houston, TX; his brother-in-law Michael Ray Jones (Carol) of Oklahoma; his caregivers, Kimber Rowan Nabors, Brenda Eaves, Vickie Klarich and Along; and his siblings, Jessie Lee Zachary, Pauline Hollman, Houston Willard and Cletus Willard.
