He was predeceased by: his parents, Laval Arwood Bourne and Tommie Dee Bourne; his siblings, Anita Glass (Nikki) and Jimmy Bourne; and his son Damon Thomas Bourne.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Bourne; his daughters, Rhonda White (Layton) and Tammy; and his great grandchildren, Misty Moseley, Denna Sayles (Micah), Aleah Fenwick (Rowdy), Brianna Shipp (Harrison), Ethan, Madden Haynes, Elle, Jaylea White, Emily Bautista, Jaxon Moseley, Everly Moseley, Beckett Fenwick, Parker Fenwick and Stevie June Fenwick. He is also survived by his kids and grandkids.
In keeping with Joe's generous spirit, memorial donations may also be made in his honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause he faithfully supported each month, or to the March of Dimes, an organization especially meaningful to him and Wanda.
