She is survived by: her parents, Brian Timothy Belicek and Christina Belicek (Machicek); her siblings, Timothy Belicek, Gregory Belicek and Audrey Belicek; and her grandparents, Mary, Joe Machicek and Theresa Belicek. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles, cousins, other loving family members, and an entire community of friends.
