She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifton Letbetter and Judy Letbetter; her brother Rickie Letbetter; and her former life partner Charles Remines. She is survived by : her husband William Earl Skaggs; her stepdaughters, Velma Sue Richardson, Tiffany Skaggs and Samantha Skaggs; her siblings, Donna, Cliff Letbetter (Marcy) and Doug Letbetter (Cindy); and her sister-in-law Barbara Letbetter. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
