He was predeceased by : his father Victor Allen Mayfield; his stepfather Stanley Brooks; and his sister Lori Gail Barheight. He is survived by : his wife Dolores Stewart; his sons, Coy Ray Stewart Jr. and Aaron Marshall Stewart; his grandsons, Braxton Stewart, Brody Marshall Stewart and Griffin Coy Stewart; his mother Virginia Bell Brooks; his brother Randy Mayfield (Susan Mayfield); and his grandchildren, Collin, Trenton McKinney, Brock and Beckham Redix. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
