He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Collins (Radcliffe) and Earl Vivian Collins; his wife Jacqueline L. "Jackie" Collins; and his siblings, Edith May Pulse, Ina Bess Krell, Delilah Collins and Clarence Vivian Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Christie Collins Beutnagel (Bobby) and Randal Collins (Theresa); and his grandson Tyler C. Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other loving family members and friends.
