She was predeceased by: her parents, Constantino Puente and Mona Puente; her husband Herlindo Loera; and her siblings, Constantino Puente, Sostenes Puente, Felimon Sr. Puente and Agripina Puente.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Zamudio, Erlinda Cavazos, Pete Loera, Adrian Natal (Cisco Gonsales), Joe Loera, Lidia Loera, Carlos Loera, Ricardo Loera, Adela Loera and Hector Loera. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
