He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Alma (Bode) and Martin Alex Moeller; his parents-in-law, Marjorie Marie (Neal) and Charles Lynn Carroll; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Lynn Carroll, Jr., Robert Andrew Carroll and Lynda Sanders (Allen).
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kay Carroll Moeller (Kay); his children, Kristine Edwards (Luther) and William Fredrick "Bubba" Moeller (Paula); his grandchildren, Eli Edwards, Samuel Edwards, Cole Moeller, Alex Horton (Ethan), Hunter Gustafson and Erin Williams (Bryce); and his brother-in-law Michael Neal Carroll. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
