He is survived by: his wife Refugia Hernandez of San Antonio; his daughter Faith Elaine Wild (Mark Wild); his grandsons, Ethan and Aaron Wild of Pflugerville; his daughter Teresa Hernandez; his grandchildren, Cash and Zoey Rodriguez of San Antonio; his sons, Placido Montoya Jr. of San Antonio and Jacob Montoya (Justina Dominguez); his grandchildren, Jaelynn, Jazzlynn and Jacob Montoya Jr. of Beeville; and his siblings, Lucy Hernandez of Houston and Mike Hernandez of Kingsbury.
