She was predeceased by : her mother Consuelo Ortiz; and her brother Candy. She is survived by : her husband Adan "Eddie" Adame; her sons, Edward Adame (Mary), Gabriel Adame (Estela), Mary Ellen Rodriguez (Joseph), Carmen Adame (Joe Polanco), Carol Adame Rodriguez and Clarissa Adame; her siblings, Johnny "Peachie" Ortiz (Emma) and Oralia "Lala" Villanueva (Gilbert); her grandchildren, Brandon Adam Adame, Alphonso Moreno Adame, Megan Renee Adame, Addie Marie Morales, Lori Elizabeth Rodriguez, Adriana Moreno Adame, Nicole Rodriguez and Jessica Rodriguez; and her great grandchild Braelyn Marie Adame. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The Adame Family has requested memorial donations be made to The American Diabetes Association.
