He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Saldaña; his son Ruben Felix Saldaña; his granddaughter Scarlet Saldaña; his grandmothers, Paula Perez and Cruzita Colunga; and his great-grandparent Francisco Saldaña.
He is survived by: his wife Rosanna Perez; his children, Samantha, Mario, Jr., Amanda, Serenity, Francisco and Alyssia; his grandchildren, Madi, Athena, Martin and Ozzy; his father Ruben Saldaña; his sister Monica Navarro (Michael); and his nieces, Brittany Hernandez (Hugo) and Priscilla Rodriguez (Eli).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Palmer Mortuary & Cremations (1116 N Austin St, Seguin, TX 78155). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (409 W Krezdorn St, Seguin, TX 78155).
