With solemn reverence, we commemorate Santiago Zuniga of Seguin, Texas, whose life came to an end on June 9, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Brigida Zuniga, (Rangel) and Santiago Zuniga, Sr.; his son Jeffrey James "J. J." Zuniga; his grandchildren, Annalysa and Carmella Zuniga; and his brother Saul Zuniga.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Zuniga; his children, Regina Applewhite (Chris) and Jason Zuniga (Gwen); his stepdaughter Melissa Zuniga (Mick); his grandchildren, Craig Applewhite (Samantha), Michael Applewhite, Caleb Applewhite (Samantha), Khrisgina Applewhite, Rosalin, Shaun (Demmi), Emery, Aubryanna Zuniga, Tahtiyanna Zuniga (Jonathan), Tiffany De La O (Jose), Brittany Hernandez (Rick) and Jolissa Rodriguez; and his siblings, Samuel Zuniga (Rose Mary), Salome Zuniga (Carmen) and Sandra Morales (Margarito). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel (165 Tor Dr, Seguin, TX 78155). A rosary will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
