He was predeceased by: his parents, N. C. Winn and Lola Winn; and his siblings, Theron Winn and Joy Neithercutt. He is survived by: his wife Senna Winn of Red Springs; his children, Carlene Gulley (Don) of Wichita Falls, Pete Winn (Sue) of Seymour, Clarence Winn (Linda) of Wichita Falls and Kyle Winn (Dee) of Seymour; his brothers, C. L. Winn of Decatur and Wayne Winn of Seymour; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Winn, Dustin Winn, Katie Fortenberry, Sara Pribyla and Emily Riordan.
