She was predeceased by: her parents, Onie W. Welch and Mary Williams Welch; her son Aaron (Ted Horne); and her siblings, Leonard Welch and Winnie Welch Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula (Kenneth Smith) of Austin; her daughter-in-law Josephine Horne of Seymour; her sister Joyce W. Scott of Seymour; her sister-in-law Carolyn Welch of Vernon; her grandchildren, Melissa (Darrell Krebs) of Wichita Falls, Mike Smith of Oakland and Stephen Smith of Austin; her great grandchild D. J. Moss of Wichita Falls; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Bailey Krebs of Benton Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Seymour Church of Christ or the Gilliland Cemetery, Crowell, Texas 79227.
