She was predeceased by : her husband Roy Boone, Jr.; and her children, Janet Awalt and Chris Boone. She is survived by : her children, Sam Boone (Connie) of Seymour, Pat Boone of Knoxville, TN, Johnny Gann (Tamara) of Seymour, Cindy Hostas (Ronnie) of Seymour and Nancy Boone of Seymour; and her sister Phyllis Howard of Seymour. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
