She is survived by : her children, Mary J. Fortener and Joseph K. Pendergraft; her siblings, Josey Wheeler and Thomas Keeland; and her grandchildren, Patrick (Tammy Wright), Michael Fortener, Mark Fortener, Matthew Fortener, Marcia M. Newby and Julia R. Pendergraft. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
