He was predeceased by: his son Christian; his brother John LaFoy; and his parents, JD LaFoy and Freda LaFoy. He is survived by: his wife Janet LaFoy; his children, Desiree Adams (Jeff), Dillon LaFoy (Kaylie), Franki Guess (Joseph) and Liana Hamilton (Chandler); and his grandchildren, Lindzee, Nathan, Creede, Talan, Ronan, Anabelle, Allie, Beckett, Saylor and Baker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dale's honor to Post Oak Fellowship of Sherman, Texas; the church that was closest to Dale's heart.
