He is survived by: his wife Melissa Cobb of Sherman, TX; his sons, Levi Schmitz of Sherman, TX and Nikolas Schmitz of Sherman, TX; his stepchildren, Hayden Boyett, Alexander Boyett and Noah Boyett of Ft. Carson, CO; his siblings, Lori Schmitz (Jeremy Reimer) of Oconomowoc, WI, Tina Blanton (Shelton) of Sherman, Misty Jernigan (Cedrick) of Sherman, Shanie Schmitz of Sherman, TX and Joel Schmitz (Bree) of Southmayd, TX; his parents-in-law, Margaret Johnston (Ed) of Denison, TX and Michael Cobb of Sherman, TX; and his great-nephew Bentley Riney. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, other extended family and many friends.
