She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ethel Potts Tate and Marshall Tate; her brother Freddie Potts; her friend Charles Johnson; her son-in-law Samuel Taylor; her sister Evelyn Brown of Sherman, TX; her cousin Althea "Jean" Sheppard of Sherman; her great grandchildren, Aliyah Miller, Kaiya and Ashli; and her great great grandchild London Cerda of Fort Worth. She was also cherished by her parents, grandparents.
